The Shaking to Come and Our Need for Endurance

Welcome to the recording from today’s service. It picks up from last week’s message, brings that to a conclusion, and leads into today’s message. Firstly there is a worship video, Paul Wilbur’s version of the Robin Mark classic, Days of Elijah.
Today’s message: The Shaking to Come and Our Need of Endurance, Andy King, 10 October 2021:
Haggai 2:6 “For thus says the Lord of hosts: ‘Once more (it is a little while) I will shake heaven and earth, the sea and dry land; 7 and I will shake all nations, and they shall come to the Desire of All Nations, and I will fill this temple with glory,’ says the Lord of hosts.
Isaiah 2:17 The loftiness of man shall be bowed down,
And the haughtiness of men shall be brought low;
The Lord alone will be exalted in that day, 18 But the idols He shall utterly abolish.
19 They shall go into the holes of the rocks, And into the caves of the earth,
From the terror of the Lord And the glory of His majesty,
When He arises to shake the earth mightily.
Hebrews 10:35 Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward. 36 For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise:
37 “For yet a little while, And He who is coming will come and will not tarry.
38 Now the just shall live by faith; But if anyone draws back,
My soul has no pleasure in him.”
